We ship to addresses within the Philippines. Delivery times vary depending on location and are estimates only.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
JBM Electroventures is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Membership Program

JBM membership is open to individuals who meet the registration requirements and agree to these terms.
Members earn commissions and point values (PVs) based on personal purchases and referrals, subject to the compensation plan in effect at the time.
Commission rates, bonus structures, and membership tiers may be modified by JBM Electroventures with reasonable notice.
Membership may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation.
Members are independent participants, not employees, agents, or representatives of JBM Electroventures.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, and software — is the property of JBM Electroventures and is protected by Philippine intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
