JBM Electroventures is committed to delivering high-quality, reliable products. Every product we sell is backed by our warranty to ensure your confidence in your purchase. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, terms, and process for filing a warranty claim.
1. Warranty Coverage
Our products are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Period
Each product has a specific warranty period stated on the product page or included documentation. Standard warranty is 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
What Is Covered
Manufacturing defects, faulty components, and functional failures that occur under normal use conditions during the warranty period.
Warranty Remedy
At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or provide a refund for the defective product. Replacement products carry the remainder of the original warranty period.
Proof Required
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is required for all warranty claims. Keep your purchase records safe.
2. How to File a Warranty Claim
Contact Support
Email us at support@jbm.ph with your order number, product name, a description of the defect, and photos or videos showing the issue.
Review & Approval
Our team will review your claim within 3 business days. We may request additional information or ask you to return the product for inspection.
Return the Product
If requested, ship the defective product to the address provided. Shipping costs for valid warranty claims will be covered by JBM Electroventures.
Resolution
Once the defect is verified, we will repair, replace, or refund the product within 7-14 business days. You will be notified of the resolution by email.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or failure to follow product instructions
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or scratches that do not affect functionality
- Damage caused by power surges, lightning, flooding, fire, or other natural disasters
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party sources
- Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers or warranty labels
4. Additional Terms
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- JBM Electroventures reserves the right to determine whether a product defect is covered under warranty.
- The warranty does not extend to any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the product.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary under Philippine consumer protection laws.
