Our Commitment
At JBM Electroventures, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund process subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
7-Day Window
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Original Condition
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
Proof of Purchase
A valid order confirmation, receipt, or invoice must be provided with the return request.
Defective Products
Products with manufacturing defects may be returned beyond the 7-day window. See our Warranty Policy for details.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us
Email us at support@jbm.ph with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Confirmation
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return reference number.
Ship the Product
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Inspection & Resolution
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 3 business days.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
- Partial refunds may be issued for products that show signs of use or are missing original packaging/accessories.
- If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact us at support@jbm.ph.
4. Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges for defective products or items received in error. If you received a wrong or damaged product, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. For exchanges of a different product, please process a return and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered from their original condition
- Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Products returned after the 7-day return window (unless covered under warranty)
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
